Internal Communications
Campaign aimed at Health System’s 7000+ employees: Results surpassed expectations. Brought previous years’ participation up from an average of 65% — and achieved a record 78% participation by employees. I collaborated on consulting, campaign planning and ideation. I directed the subjects and photographed them, wrote or edited the content, designed all the deliverables, and prepared all print and digital assets for handover to the web, social, and print providers. Files prepared for six different digital and print channels.

Newsletter formats, graphic design, photography, Photoshop improvements and compositing, internal page designs, illustrations, production design files, headline and text editing.

I directed and collaborated with the project coordinator, writer, the staff being photographed, the staff providing props, and the digital publishing team.
Black History Month Campaign Poster
I designed the poster and web assets for the campaign.
I collaborated with other marketing team members and I led the creative strategy, the writing, African American history research, and approval emails. I created the graphic elements. I prepared all files for final use in multiple channels.

A health communications start-up in Ghana enlisted my design and branding capabilities to create the logo, brand guidelines, and magazine format for their flagship venture.
